- + Where can I use the downloaded images?
  
  Everywhere you want: artworks, CD booklets, web design, website templates (you are not legible to resell the image along with template–use it in demo only), graphic design, posters etc.
  
  + How will I get the image(s)?
  
  After the payment you will get a zipped folder with the image and individual ID by email. Keep and save your ID number, you might need to show it us in case of accidental file deletion from your computer.
  
  + I downloaded the image and accidentally deleted it. How to get it once again?
  
  You will need to fill in the form on our Support page and provide us with your name, email address ID and further details. Once we get the record of your inquiry we shall forward you the image once again.
  
  + Which payment methods are available?
  
  Currently, PayPal only. You will need to open PayPal account if you have no it.
  
  + May I share the downloaded image with my friends for free?
  
  No. The copy of downloaded image (not an image itself) belongs solely to you. By sharing images with other people you break copyright law.
  
  + May I upload the obtained image to fileshare platforms to share it with other people?
  
  No. It is a break of copyright law.
  
  + My email client does not accept heavy files. What to do?
  
  Fill in the form on our Support page and you will be supplied with a web hosted link. You will be able to download your image within 24 hours. In 24 hours the link will expire.
  
  + How fast the zipped folder will arrive to my email inbox?
  
  Allow us 24-48 hours for delivery. You will get the folder and purchasing receipt.
  
  + I have a question not covered in your list. How to ask?
  
  Proceed to our Support page and send your inquiry. We shall reply within 24 hours.
